Cancellation Policy

CONTRACT Payment of this invoice confirms that you accept the following terms and conditions. WITHDRAWAL POLICY: Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance of the class start date will receive a 100% refund of the session fee. Cancellations made within a week to the class start date will incur a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given once the class session has started. MISSED CLASSES: We have a policy that classes are non-transferable and we have an expectation that it is the actor's responsibility to attend all classes for which they have registered. Any accommodation of a student's schedule is at the discretion of the instructor. SUBSTITUTION POLICY: As Michael is a working actor, a qualified substitute will be assigned to the class in the event that he is booked for a role that causes him to be unavailable. You will be advised in such an event ahead of time. *The Winnipeg Actors Academy reserves the right to cancel the session (and issue full refunds) if the minimum student requirement has not been met.*
