Our Three-Step Process
Step 1:
The Art of Acting
This introductory course lays the foundation for all future acting work. The focus is on exploring the actor's toolset: voice, body, imagination, and emotional access. Students will learn essential acting techniques such as Stanislavski’s Method, improv, character development, and how to tap into their emotional depth authentically.
Cost: $600+GST
Step 2:
Scene Study
Scene Study is where the foundational techniques learned in "The Art of Acting" come to life. Students work on selected scenes from plays or film scripts, diving deep into character motivations, relationships, and the given circumstances of the scenes.
Cost: $700+GST
Step 3:
Audition Techniques
This is a two-part course. In Part 1, students learn how to handle nerves, read for various roles, and develop a method for breaking down sides quickly and accurately. In Part 2, students practice mock auditions, receive feedback from industry professionals, and gain insight into what casting directors are really looking for.
Cost: $350+GST
